1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We will review and assist with return or refund requests under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement and cover any necessary return shipping.


Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, please report it within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.


⚠️ Important: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless they are defective.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used products

  • E-liquids, nicotine products, or consumables

  • Disposable vapes after use or activation

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a request, please follow these steps:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Brief explanation of the problem


Step 2: Approval Process

Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide return instructions. In some cases, you may be required to send the item back.


Step 3: Resolution

Once the item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Issue a refund, or

  • Send a replacement product

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • If the original method is unavailable, store credit may be provided

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our side


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
